Football camps are sure to deliver classic gridiron action! Football camps are presented in fun and invigorating training environments. These camps offer the core skills of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning. Our objective is to prepare our campers to be true champions on and off the gridiron. All camps conclude with the Skyhawks Bowl.

Description:
Skyhawks flag football is the perfect program for your young athletes who want a complete introduction to America's Game or for those who simply want to brush up on their skills in preperation for league play. Through our 'skill of the day' campers will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the core components of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning - all presented in a fun & positive environment. Recommended for beginner athlestes 4-6. The week ends with the Skyhawks Sports Bowl, giving participants a chance to showcase their skills on the gridiron!



Ability:

The introductory ability level is a great opportunity to set the tone for a lifetime of athletic enjoyment. The primary focus is to begin to learn the basics by developing skills while continuing to refine their dexterity, balance, and coordination. No prior experience is necessary.

Lunch, Snack & Water Bottle (for programs over four hours), Two Snacks & Water Bottle (for programs four hours or less)



Gear To Bring:

Appropriate clothing, water bottle, running shoes, and sunscreen.
