Registration Information
Registrations are accepted first come, first-served until a program is full, or up to seven days before the program starts.
You can register online at: www.skyhawks.com for most programs. Hosting organizations may or may not offer online registration. If online registration is available, use the website address on the registration form or Register Now!
In most instances, you can print a registration form to mail or fax by going to Programs.
Registrations faxed to Skyhawks Sports (1.888.466.2318) are accepted until a program is full or up to seven days before the program starts. Faxed registrations are accepted only with an authorized Visa or MasterCard payment. Please include your card’s expiration date. A $5 handling fee is added to the tuition of each program for every participant registered by fax.
Locate the program you wish to attend, print and complete the registration form. Mail each completed form and fee to the address listed at the bottom of each registration form. For additional children, please photocopy or print additional registration forms. If registering for multiple programs in different cities, please send separate registration forms and fees to the address listed at the bottom of each page.

ONLINE: Instant online confirmations are provided upon completion of a registration.
MAIL/FAX: Confirmations are not provided for registrations that are mailed or faxed to Skyhawks.
Participants are registered upon our receipt of a signed registration and full payment. You will be notified if the program you register for is full or if there is a concern with your registration form. If we are unable to register your child for a desired program, you have the option to move to another program or have your full fee returned. Hosting organizations’ confirmation policies may vary.
If your child is unable to attend the program after registering, you can apply
the registration fee to a future Skyhawks Sports program in the current or
following year by calling 1.800.804.3509. Refunds will only be given if you have
registered through Skyhawks Sports and purchased Refund Protection. If you
registered through another organization, please contact the organization
directly about their refund policy. Skyhawks Sports does not pro-rate programs
for missed camp days.
Some, program locations may change after our promotional material has been
distributed. Skyhawks Sports will attempt to notify you of the change as soon as
possible! If our change in location does not work with your schedule, you may
reschedule for another program or your payment will be refunded.
Skyhawks Sports offers Refund Protection for $7 per program, which is due at the
time of registration. Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your
registration if you cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks prior to the start
date of the program. Please note that the $7 Refund Protection fee is
non-refundable. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the program
start date, you may apply your registration to a future program this year or
next year.
Skyhawks Sports does not provide health and/or accident insurance.
Skyhawks Sports will not cancel programs due to rain showers. However, in the
case of extreme weather conditions, the director at each site may cancel
or postpone the program for the safety of the participants. To determine
if there is a cancellation or postponement, please check with the program
director at your site. In the rare event of a program cancellation,
your child will not be left alone. Skyhawks Sports cannot provide refunds for cancellations or postponements that are weather-related.
THERE IS A $10 ADDITIONAL FEE FOR ALL WALK-ON REGISTRATIONS. WALK-ONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE PROGRAM IF THERE IS STILL SPACE AVAILABLE.
