Registration Information

Registrations are accepted first come, first-served until a program is full, or up to seven days before the program starts.

Register Online

You can register online at: www.skyhawks.com for most programs. Hosting organizations may or may not offer online registration. If online registration is available, use the website address on the registration form or Register Now!

Internet forms

In most instances, you can print a registration form to mail or fax by going to Register Now.

Register by Fax

Registrations faxed to Skyhawks Sports (1.509.466.6906) are accepted until a program is full or up to seven days before the program starts. Faxed registrations are accepted only with an authorized Visa or MasterCard payment. Please include your card’s expiration date. A $5 handling fee is added to the tuition of each program for every participant registered by fax.

Register by Mail

Locate the program you wish to attend, print and complete the registration form. Mail each completed form and fee to the address listed at the bottom of each registration form. For additional children, please photocopy or print additional registration forms. If registering for multiple programs in different cities, please send separate registration forms and fees to the address listed at the bottom of each page. Go To Register Now.

Confirmations

ONLINE: Instant online confirmations are provided upon completion of a registration.

Participants are registered upon our receipt of a signed registration and full payment. You will be notified if the program you register for is full or if there is a concern with your registration form. If we are unable to register your child for a desired program, you have the option to move to another program or have your full fee returned. Hosting organizations’ confirmation policies may vary.

Refunds & Cancellations

If your child is unable to attend the program after registering, you can apply the registration fee to a future Skyhawks Sports program in the current or following year by calling 1.800.804.3509. Refunds will only be given if you have registered through Skyhawks Sports and purchased Refund Protection. If you registered through another organization, please contact the organization directly about their refund policy. Skyhawks Sports does not pro-rate programs for missed camp days.

We hope your program isn’t cancelled but occasionally we don’t get enough participants to ensure a successful program. There are minimum numbers for each sport, which vary based on age. We encourage you to invite your child’s friends to participate in the program as well. In the event your program is cancelled, you will be notified and given the option to transfer or receive credit toward a future program. If you prefer a refund, you must let us know within two weeks of the program's cancellation date.

Most program locations do not change, but occasionally unforeseen circumstances arise that require us to change to a different location. In the event that this happens to your program, we will notify you about the new location. Every effort is made to keep the new location close to the original site but if you are unable to meet at the new location, you will have the option of moving to a different program or receiving a credit toward a future program.

Skyhawks Sports offers Refund Protection for $7 per program, which is due at the time of registration. Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your registration if you cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of the program. Please note that the $7 Refund Protection fee is non-refundable. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the program start date, you may apply your registration to a future program this year or next year.

Health & Accident Insurance

Skyhawks Sports does not provide health and/or accident insurance.

Weather Policy

Skyhawks Sports will not cancel programs due to seasonal, weather-related conditions. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions, the director at each site may cancel or postpone programs for the safety of the participants. To determine if there is a cancellation or postponement, please check with the program director at your site. In the rare event of a program cancellation, your child will not be left alone. Skyhawks Sports cannot provide refunds for cancellations or postponements that are weather-related.

Late Fees

Register early! A $10 late registration fee will be added to all camps one week prior to the start date.
