Coach
A qualified candidate for the Coach position has some experience working with children and a background in playing and/or coaching multiple sports. We are fully open to less experienced candidates who have a passion for and desire to teach sports to children. The Coach leads a group of participants each day of the program under the direction of their Director. All candidates must successfully pass a criminal background investigation and complete various onboarding tasks and training events before taking the field and working with children. Coaches are the face of Skyhawks!
Director
A Director candidate has strong communication skills, some athletic management experience and a passion for working with children. In most situations, the Director coaches their own group of participants, but also has an extra layer of responsibilities leading program planning, coach support, customer service, attendance, equipment management and various other tasks. All candidates are thoroughly trained and must complete both employee onboarding and a criminal background investigation. A program is only as good as its Director!
