We use this data to manage and facilitate our programs in a particular area or at particular program sites.

Disclosure of Your Information
We will share your information with our partners and sponsors. However, we only share your information with third parties under very limited circumstances. These circumstances arise when:
- It is an organization or league with which you are affiliated. These organizations and leagues with which we may share your information are amateur sports organizations. Skyhawks has an agreement with these entities that all membership information is kept confidential and proprietary.
- We need to share your information to provide the product or service for which you have registered or to allow you to participate in certain activities. In such cases, unless we tell you differently, these third parties do not have any right to use your information beyond what is necessary to provide a product or a service on our behalf.
- We are asked or required to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes.
- Medical or other public services personnel request the information in the process of rendering aid to your child.
We may partner with other companies or organizations to provide additional services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.
Please contact us at skyhawks@skyhawks.com if you would like a list of the organizations, sponsors, partners, and leagues with which we currently share information.
Please contact us if you would like us to remove your personal information.
Evaluations and Submissions
We ask our visitors to evaluate our programs and submit comments about our programs online. In those instances where you do evaluate our programs and submit comments, we ask you to provide your email address along with your physical address and phone number. Participation in these submissions is completely voluntary. The user has a choice about whether to disclose any personal information. It is possible to evaluate our programs without disclosing any personal information. However, we would like to use the information to contact you regarding your evaluation or comments.
Referrals and Coordinator’s Corner
These services collect information that will allow us to manage our programs more efficiently. If you are authorized to use the referrals tab or the coordinator’s corner on our site, you may need to provide us with personal information before you can use the feature. If a user elects to use our referral service to provide Skyhawks with personal information about a candidate for a coaching position, we ask that user for the candidate’s name, email address, and phone number. We contact the candidate and invite him or her to apply for a position with the company. We store the information for the sole purpose of contacting that applicant. The applicant may contact Skyhawks to request the removal of this information. The coordinator’s corner provides our coordinators with the opportunity to update their programs. Coordinators must submit personal information when logging in for the first time. The personal information we collect enables us to track and monitor the use of the feature. Skyhawks has the discretion to share your information with our partners and sponsors. Again, we will only share your information with third parties under very limited circumstances.
